Montefiore Medical Center The Institutional Animal Care & Use Committee (IACUC)

PLEASE NOTE: Complete copies of the application and scientific narrative must be forwarded to the Animal Care Manager and Attending Veterinarian for pre-review well in advance of the "Last Receipt Date". This will provide an opportunity for discussion in the event problems in the application have been identified or clarifications are needed. Waiting until the Committee requests additional information or clarifications can delay approval for up to a month. Meetings are scheduled for the last Thursday of the month and completed and signed protocols must be submitted to the Secretary of the IACUC two weeks prior to the meeting date.  The protocols must be recieved no later than 12 noon on the deadline date.
